Her approach integrates acupressure, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to address a broad spectrum of issues, including sports injuries, chronic pain, recovery from accidents, and psycho-emotional relaxation. With over 20 years as a competitive bodybuilder and experience in women’s ice hockey, she has specialized knowledge in working with athletes.
Carrie is an accomplished licensed massage therapist and an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). She holds an Associate's degree in Science from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago and is advancing her studies towards a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Additionally, Carrie is certified in both Gua Sha and cupping.
